  • We use reasonable safeguards (e.g., encryption, access controls) to ensure client confidentiality, but no method is 100% secure.

D.    No Legal Advice or Lawyer-Client Relationship via Website

Content provided on our website or via digital communication tools does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Contacting the Firm does not create a solicitor-client relationship unless explicitly agreed to in writing by a licensed lawyer of the Firm.

F.     Billing and Fees

All services are billed in accordance with a written Retainer Agreement. Unpaid invoices may result in the suspension of services. We accept payments via secure methods, including credit cards, e-transfers, and wire transfers.

  • The use of or the reliance on our website or communications tools
